ZS66 Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZS66 ("ZS66", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ZS66 online gaming platform available at https://zs66.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

ZS66 is an English-language online gaming information and wagering platform designed for users who access it in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful. ZS66 specifically targets English-reading users in Pakistan and is committed to providing transparent, accurate information about all platform rules, terms and conditions.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ZS66 platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User upon successful registration on the ZS66 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR or such other currency as the platform supports.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens or matched deposit incentives credited to an Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the compliance framework applied to all financial transactions on the platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game entry placed by a User using real-money or bonus funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which the use of ZS66 or online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options available to all registered Users.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms applies.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with ZS66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction or the laws of the territory in which you are located.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. ZS66 does not represent that access is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
• You are not a current employee, officer or director of ZS66, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform, whether by your own self-exclusion request or by operator decision.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or trustee for any third party.
• You are not registered on any national or operator-maintained self-exclusion register that is applicable to ZS66.

Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the ZS66 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ZS66 will never contact you to request your password by any channel including email, live chat or telephone. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ZS66 applies KYC verification procedures in line with AML obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Payments

ZS66 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and other supported currencies as indicated on the platform. The following payment rails are listed as familiar reference points for Pakistani users — their inclusion does not imply endorsement of gambling by any payment provider:

• Mobile wallets — such as Easypaisa and JazzCash (context reference only; provider support subject to operator policy)
• Instant bank transfer — such as Raast (context reference only)
• Commercial bank transfers — HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah (context references only)
• Cryptocurrency — BTC, USDT and other supported assets as listed on the platform

Minimum deposit amounts, supported methods and processing fees (if any) are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. Deposit funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and may not be processed until all applicable requirements are satisfied:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your Account must be fully met prior to withdrawal of those associated funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by ZS66 in writing.
• ZS66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or appear inconsistent with normal account activity.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your Account at the time of the request.
• Processing times are illustrative and vary based on payment method, compliance status and banking hours. ZS66 does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds.

Bonuses & Promotions

ZS66 offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, sports promotions, referral incentives and other promotional schemes from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated on the promotion page before any associated winnings become available for withdrawal. Illustrative example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.

7.2 Game Contributions

Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino or sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion terms. Using restricted games while wagering bonus funds may result in forfeiture of those funds.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically stated as a number of days from the date of activation or deposit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your Account without notice.

7.4 Abuse and Misuse

ZS66 reserves the right to withhold or revoke bonus funds and associated winnings from any User found to be exploiting promotions through coordinated betting patterns, bonus abuse strategies, arbitrage betting or any conduct inconsistent with good-faith participation. ZS66's determination in such matters is final.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the ZS66 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general provisions apply:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• Odds are displayed as indicative figures and are subject to change up until the moment a wager is confirmed. ZS66 is not liable for any discrepancy between odds displayed and odds at the moment of acceptance resulting from latency or technical issues on the User's end.
• In the event of manifest pricing errors, ZS66 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
• Live in-play betting is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as displayed at the time of wagering. ZS66 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits per wager, per market and per event are as displayed within the platform interface and may vary by sport, market and User tier.
• ZS66 accepts no responsibility for wagers placed on incorrect selections or for any other User error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZS66 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Using the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing or exploitation of software errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Conducting any transaction on the platform that is intended to launder money or circumvent financial regulations.
• Attempting to access the platform or any User Account without authorisation.
• Communicating abusive, threatening or harassing content to ZS66 support staff or other Users.
• Exploiting promotions through artificial or coordinated wagering patterns inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

ZS66 reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate upon discovering prohibited conduct, including but not limited to Account suspension, cancellation of all pending wagers, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

ZS66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ZS66 reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise improper conduct by the User.
• The User's Account activity triggers AML compliance obligations that cannot be resolved through standard KYC documentation.
• A User has self-excluded or requested Account closure voluntarily.
• ZS66 is required to act in compliance with applicable laws, regulations or judicial or regulatory orders.

Where an Account is closed by ZS66 for reasons other than User breach, verified real-money funds remaining in the Account after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting ZS66 support. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling section of these Terms and our dedicated Responsible Gambling policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ZS66 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, audio, video and game titles — is the property of ZS66 or its licencors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any content from the ZS66 platform without ZS66's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZS66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZS66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. ZS66's total aggregate liability to any User in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during that same period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Responsible Gambling

ZS66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should not be pursued as a source of income or undertaken in a manner that causes financial or personal harm.

The following Responsible Gambling tools are available to all registered Users from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for any defined period after which further wagering is prevented.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 30 days) without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period remove your ability to access ZS66 services. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. Being of adult age does not make gambling lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, mental health or personal relationships, we strongly encourage you to seek assistance from a qualified support service. Users in Pakistan should seek support from appropriate professional counselling or healthcare services available in their area.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZS66 holds its applicable operating licence. ZS66 does not claim to be subject to Pakistani law solely by reason of serving Pakistani-resident users, and does not represent that Pakistani courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between a User and ZS66, the User should in the first instance contact ZS66 support to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to the applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body under the licence jurisdiction of ZS66's operating entity.

ZS66's decisions regarding wager outcomes, Account closures and bonus eligibility are final where made in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules. Users acknowledge that gambling outcomes inherently involve an element of chance and that ZS66 bears no liability for unfavourable gambling results.

Amendments to These Terms

ZS66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect User rights or obligations — ZS66 will provide reasonable notice by email to registered Account holders or by prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Continued use of the ZS66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
